Refund policy
RETURNS:
If you are at all unsatisfied with your product, please contact us immediately. We stand by the quality of our products and accept returns due to defects, shipped at our expense, within 30 days of delivery. All other returns are accepted in new and unopened condition, shipped at purchaser's expense, within 7 days of delivery (less 20% restocking fee). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES:
Due to the personal nature of soap, we only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to return an item for an exchange, please contact us with the details of your request and we will respond within two business days.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
