Our sustainable candle design starts with reclaiming glass bottles from our partners at Long Road Distillery in Grand Rapids, Michigan. We up-cycle bottles by cutting and sandblasting each one by hand. By repurposing quality glass, we reduce waste and create one of a kind candles.
For a long lasting clean aromatic candle experience, we use coconut and soy wax, blended with both essential oils and certified clean naturally derived fragrance oils, always free from phthalates, carcinogens & toxins, safe for home, family and pets. We hand pour each candle in small batches. Expect between 50 - 65 hours of enjoyment on average. Packaging is 100% recyclable, compostable, and reusable. Once your candle is done, reuse the glass vessel. They make unique holders for everyday items such as makeup or artist brushes, cotton balls, toothbrush holder, or a flower vase.
CANDLE TIPS
#1 The first time you burn a candle, light, and relax…ensure there is an even melted wax pool across the entire top of your candle before blowing it out. Extinguishing too early is a known cause for tunneling.
#2 Keep your wick trimmed to 1/4 - 1/8 inch. It is best to do this when your candle is cool or before you use it. This will keep your candle burning clean.
