I don’t know how many of you are feeling the overwhelm of everything that has been 2020. If you’re feeling it, I feel you.
There's so much information out there to learn how to "be better humans" in light of the protests for racial justice.
Rather than share another huge resource list or become experts at a topic we're only beginning to wrap our heads around ourselves, we're going to devote our #taketimetuesday posts to highlighting thought leaders paving the way and teaching us how to be better people, both through anti-racist education and environmental justice.
I invite you to join me in learning.
1️⃣ Listen to Austin Channing Brown’s interview with Brene Brown on the most recent podcast episode of “Unlocking Us.”
2️⃣ If you’ve listened to it, what struck you? If not, what have you found helpful in the past few weeks? Let’s hear it in the comments.
3️⃣ Remember, “the work” is not a sprint, or a marathon, but a lifelong walk. Take care of yourself. Go paddling. Sleep. Shower. Keep at it.
Thanks for being here.
